Overview:
Paula Campbell joined the TRIAD team in May of 2025 as Senior Program Manager, working closely with leadership to facilitate financial operations, contract management, and streamline program processes across TRIAD's range of contracts. A native Nashvillian born to British parents, Paula is a program management professional with a unique combination of public health and special education expertise, particularly focused on autism spectrum disorders. Her experience spans from classroom teaching to managing multi-million-dollar research initiatives at prestigious institutions including Vanderbilt and UCLA. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for capacity building across diverse contexts-educating children with unique needs, developing training programs for a homeless nonprofit, supporting networks of clinical researchers, or implementing international healthcare programs in Malawi. In her current role with TRIAD, Paula leverages this diverse background to advance autism support services while developing systems that empower both practitioners and families. Outside of work, Paula enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures with her two young boys, crafting, and rock climbing with her husband.
